At CorevantaDynamics, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital transformation services. If you are not satisfied with our work, we offer the following refund terms.
2. Project Milestones
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones:
- Before work begins: Full refund of any advance payment within 14 business days.
- During early phases (0-30% completion): Refund of 75% of remaining balance.
- Mid-project (30-70% completion): Refund of 50% of remaining balance, with all completed work delivered.
- Late-stage (70%+ completion): No refund; all completed deliverables will be provided.
3. Subscription Services
For recurring services (hosting, maintenance, support retainers), refunds are prorated for unused time within the current billing period. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice.
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Exceptions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Services are delivered according to the agreed project scope, timeline, and milestones. Any changes to scope must be documented in writing and may affect pricing and timeline.
4. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
- Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest rate.
- All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for you are transferred to your ownership. CorevantaDynamics retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.
7. Limitation of Liability
CorevantaDynamics' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work and pay for work performed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Granada, España, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
